The anti-whaling group Sea Shepherd said three Australian activists were being held as “prisoners” by the Japanese harpoon fleet Sunday after sneaking aboard one of their vessels overnight to protest.

Well, they snuck aboard to protest, and now they'll get several months to do just that.  That, a free trip to Japan, food, and housing.....all courtesy of the Japanese government.
