The measure would let licensed gun owners conceal their weapons anywhere in the U.S. In other words, gun rules from your home state would follow you wherever you travel.
The problem is, Illinois is the only state that does not allow concealed carry. That means if it becomes law, a person from Missouri could come to Illinois, carry a concealed gun and not get in trouble. If you are an Illinois resident though, you could not conceal carry.
